Vince Mcmahon sell the Network for $1B dollars Why it proves that the network was a failure?

Vince Mcmahon sold the WWE Network to NBC streaming app Peacock. Even though the deal was worth $1B dollars and it has 26 millions fresh eyes and the deal is for 5 years. This doesnt guarantee that they will get more subscribers. The streaming company is charging only $4.99 a month five dollars less there is a possibility that it wont grow in subscriber. Many were leaving the network before this deal. Is this a mistake in part of Mcmahon or this is a sign that the company may get bought?
