Reports of Fox and USA Network frustrated with WWE, Is Vince worry about the ratings & his TV deals?

There are reports or rumors that Fox Sports and USA Network are frustrated with WWE over the ratings, There were also reports that Vince wasn't worried about the ratings and claims that the networks are happy. Is he lying to let you to believe that everything is good in WWE. As of yesterday there were reports that RAW taping were delay because Mcmahon was not happy with the script and ripped it to make the writers re do it again!
